What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express.

All orders received before December 1st will have the official North Pole, AK postmark. Any order received after December 1st will have a Sealed by Santa Holiday Stamp. After December 6th we will offer an express service at an additional charge.

Shipping
All letters will receive free shipping.

The Santa Pack will incur a $2.50 shipping charge and will not be postmarked from the North Pole. It will have the Sealed by Santa Holiday Seal

The Santa Post Card will receive free shipping.

The Nice List Certificate will be mailed separately and will not have a North Pole postmark. It will have the Sealed by Santa Holiday Seal. It will be mailed in a large envelope to ensure framing quality.

The Santa Evidence pack will be mailed to the Parent and will receive a Sealed by Santa Holiday Seal. It will be shipped in USPS priority packing and it will be from Jigsaw Enterprises. The cost will be 4.75

The Santa Deluxe Cookie Pack will be mailed in the white box with the red bow as shown on the Cookie Pack page. It will be sent by the USPS Priority Shipping and will cost $8.00. It will receive the Sealed by Santa Holiday Seal and stamps on the front of the box that read "Official Package from Santa's Workshop

The Santa Key will receive free shipping.

Return/Cancellation Policy

Sealed by Santa will cancel/refund your order if a notice is received prior to the letter being mailed. If a notice is received prior to the letter being mailed Sealed by Santa will refund 100% of your order. If a cancellation notice is received after the letter has been mailed Sealed by Santa will not refund the order unless a mistake was made on our behalf. If Sealed by Santa makes a mistake on your letter we will refund 100% of your letter order upon receipt of a fax or copy of the letter year. The Santa Pack contains the items detailed and shown in the picture. The item count will remain the same however items may change based on availability.

Each letter will have a unique burn pattern around the edges of the letter. Each letter will have a different burn pattern.
